Hola!

Hey everyone! It has been quite some time. Hope you all are doing just swell. As for me, I’m hangin’ in there. God has really been teaching me about sacrifice. And doing it joyfully. That’s where I want to be. To be able to joyfully sacrifice time, things in my life, and desires to God. Also, He’s been proving to me that He pursues us, even when we lose sight of Him. Nothing can ever separate us from His love. Sometimes that’s hard for me to grasp, so God is also teaching me to have His eyes and to see myself through the way He sees me. He’s pretty cool in that way, teaching me and all. =)

As for the music, I took a mild break from it. Haven’t done any touring or shows or recording. This break was a time for me to be still and know that He is God. It was really good stillness. Still is. Heh. But I am starting to plan things again. So I’ll keep you all posted.

Update.

I drive a motorcycle now. A 2009 Yamaha V Star 250. Yup.
I’m finally experimenting more with a hidden hobby of filming. I’ve been making movies.
School has been okay.
Work has been okay too.
I might compete in a Karate Tournament this month. Ahyah!
I still haven’t had any contact with my families in the Philippines.
I’m learning about life.

change

one thing i’ve learned is that there will come changes. it’s how you adapt to changes that matter, not how to prevent changes. Because really, you can’t change change.

you learn. you grow. and you yourself change. it’s how you change that matters. If you let change happen, you can change for the better. if you don’t let change happen, well you change for the worse. either or, you’e gonna change, it’s how you choose to change.

Back home. Jury duty.

As of now, it is about 4:20am in the morning. I’m up due to the minor jetlag plus the fear of being late for my jury duty. I don’t want to oversleep, miss my duty, and get fined. Lame.

School begins in a week. Last year… I’m already excited to graduate.

Summer school

I’m in my literature class, eating sourpatch candy, and digging into Oedipus, and there’s a baby in here.

Yeah, I really can’t complain about school. Nothing really to complain about.

Just got home, and it’s about 2:20am.
